Akosua Ali.Sabree, first and foremost is a conscious peace loving soul seeking more peace, good health, joy, freedom, and justice for all.  In addition to being a wholistic health and wellness advocate, educator, and counsellor for over 42 years, she revels in her capacities as daughter, sister, auntie, wife, mother, grandmother, CEO, mentor, professional registered nurse, clinical wholistic hypnocounsellor, certified wholistic childbirth educator, hypnobirth instructor, wellness coach, Neuro Linguistic Psychotherapist (NLPt), stress management trainer, registered behavioral therapist, nationally certified network marketing trainer, community organizer, intuitive writer, urban generalist,  counsellor with a Master of Human Services degree, an ordained minister with a doctorate in divinity, a PhD candidate, and co-founder of Ujima Press Real Communication.

Dr. Akosua Ali.Sabree, affectionately called MaMa Akosua,  is also  the Program Director of the Annual International Locks Conference: Natural Hair, Wholistic Health & Beauty Expo, the producer and host of the Internet radio talk show Health is A Family Affair on the Harambee Radio and TV Network; and a regular columnist for  the Black ST*R Magazine. She also serves as a contributing member of African Genesis Media Group, co-founder of the Hair-ITAGE Society, and a frequent presenter  at Heal Thyself Garden Party and the Celebration of Black Writing, both events are held annually in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. MaMa Akosua, a secretary minister of the Ummah of Sovereign Sole is known for her   passionate calls for preserving liberty, reclaiming our ancient indigenous heritage, and the calming and powerful way she uses everyday conversation to provide spiritual and transformational counselling. As a published author, her books have delighted many and her written works are often witty, fun to read, intensely moving, and prophetically insightful.

Amadi Wellness Connection (AWC) grew out of the coming together of a group of Indigenous Aboriginal women and men who long ago identified a need for a more wholistic and culturally relevant and sensitive approach to health and wellness. The collective of competent practitioners and consultants is lead by Dr. Akosua Ali.Sabree, the founder and innovative executive director of Amadi Wellness Connection and the Amadi Universal Light Mission (AULM). Dr. Ali.Sabree loves the evolving spiritual journey that we call life. Constantly for many years as a wellness minister her mission has been to actively promote  Healthy Reconnecting of Spiritmindbody™.
